A cria\u00e7\u00e3o do Gabinete de Apoio Social (G.A.S) surge da identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de uma necessidade. Dar \u201dvoz\u201d aos seus colaboradores diretos, sendo a SCMMC uma institui\u00e7\u00e3o de valores, constitu\u00edda por Pessoas que servem Pessoas, com o prop\u00f3sito de \u201cfazer o bem\u201d. O G.A.S pretende acompanhar o percurso dos funcion\u00e1rios na institui\u00e7\u00e3o, desde a sua integra\u00e7\u00e3o\/acolhimento, tentando colmatar as suas necessidades\/problemas. Tem como principal objetivo apoiar, informar e orientar os colaboradores com necessidades tempor\u00e1rias e\/ ou permanentes, que solicitarem esta interven\u00e7\u00e3o. Pretende-se, com a cria\u00e7\u00e3o do G.A.S fomentar o atendimento social de proximidade individualizado.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Tem como Miss\u00e3o promover o bem-estar social, a melhoria das condi\u00e7\u00f5es de vida e de inclus\u00e3o social dos profissionais, contribuir para melhor adapta\u00e7\u00e3o quer \u00e0 Institui\u00e7\u00e3o, quer ao meio social em que vivem, auxiliando-os na resolu\u00e7\u00e3o dos seus problemas
(familiares, econ\u00f3micos, etc.), com base em princ\u00edpios de justi\u00e7a social, direitos humanos e coes\u00e3o social.<\/p>

O Gabinete de Apoio Social (G.A.S) \u00e9 Coordenado pela Assistente Social e ir\u00e1 funcionar \u00e0 quinta-feira (manh\u00e3), entre as 9h:30 e as 13h:00 horas, na consulta externa da SCMMC<\/strong><\/p>
